I am a first time customer as of today. I received wonderful customer service from Annie. I needed to renew my registration ASAP and I was in and out of the office in 15 min. I was stressed I wouldn’t make it there before the office closed but I made. Annie gave a warm welcome and attended to my need immediately. Great price / excellent service.

I COULDN'T WRITE THIS REVIEW FAST ENOUGH. I HAD ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH MY TAG AND MY LICENSE WAS ABOUT TO BE SUSPENDED AND I NEEDED HELP IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TELL YOU KATERIN M. WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SHE HAD SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING STEP BY STEP. I WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE WITH THE HELP OF HER AND THE OTHER 2 YOUNG LADIES THAT WAS IN THE LOCATION OMG I WISH I HAD THEIR NAME BUT SUPER SWEET AS WELL AND HANDLE ME WITH CARE. Such an easy and painless process, well worth the extra fee. I moved here from out of state and needed to get my FL license plate, registration, and title. The wait for the DMV is so long and I was confused how to do all 3 things I needed to do at once. There are tag & title places closer to me, but One Stop had great reviews, so I came here. I came in on a Saturday and everything was ready by Wednesday. Katerin was so nice and helpful. I would definitely come here again. No need to stress over the DMV.

Omg! I called in very confused on what I needed to bring in since I moved back from another state. I spoke with Catherine. She was SOOO patient, and kind. She answered ALL of my naive questions.
